* Since shipping original art can be a delicate process, please check the images and details such as dimensions of any originals and prints very carefully. Don’t forget that there will be some variation in colour dependent upon lighting and screen resolution. Returns/refunds are not therefore possible if a work has slightly different colouring or you change your mind about the work. If you have any concerns, please contact the artist by email to discuss a direct viewing wherever possible
•However, in the rare case that an artwork arrives damaged or significantly different than described, a return and refund can be arranged
•To arrange a refund you must:
•Report the issue to deb@debcmorrisartworks.com within 14 days of receiving the work.
•Provide any requested photographic evidence of the issue (including the artwork and original packaging).
•Arrange for the secure return of the artwork within 14 days of the notification.
•Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the safe return of the artwork.
•Online customers of prints and cards have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. You must return the goods within 14 days of notification .
